PLANETELF is a range of PAG lubricants specifically designed for A/C Compressors, using both refrigerant R134a or HFO1234yf.

PLANETELF ACD 32, 46 and 68 are suitable for piston compressors PLANETELF ACD 68, 100FY, 150FY and 220FY are suitable for rotary compressors (screw or centrifugal).

Synthetic polyolester oils for refrigerating compressors using HFC refrigerants.

  • ASHRAE thermal stability tests confirm the excellent behavior of the lubricant at high temperature in presence of refrigerant, water and metallic components.
  • Neutral behaviour with the refrigerating equipments (Anti-rust, anti-corrosion properties with copper metals, compatibility with varnishes, elastomers and paints, high resistance to hydrolysis)
  • Low dilution of refrigerant in oil for the high viscosity grades (PLANETELF ACD FY range), for good lubricity and oil separation properties (low carry-over)
  • The good miscibility of the fluid viscosities of PLANETELF ACD allows a good oil return property, specially in dry-ex equipments.

LUNARIA K 32 – 46 – 68

Lunaria K is a refrigerating Compressor oil for Ammonia (R 717) and R12, R22, R123, R502 refrigerant.

  • TOTAL LUNARIA K can be used for NH3, R-12, R-22, R123 and R 502 refrigerant
  • Reciprocating, screw or turbo-centrifugal type of compressor
  • AlkylBenzene Technology, fully compatible with mineral oil.
  • Better protection and reduced wear of the compressor thanks to its good lubricity.
  • Does not cause clogging problems in the refrigerating system even at low temperature because it is full synthetic oil with no wax.
  • Better miscibility with R-12 or R-22 than mineral oil allows use at lower temperature.
  • Excellent chemical·thermal stability allows longer drain interval than mineral oil.


Full-synthetic PAO based oil for ammonia (R 717) refrigerating compressors.

  • Lubrication of refrigerating compressors (reciprocating and screw) using ammonia as a refrigerant
  • PAO (polyalphaolefin) base oils to improve oil drain interval and ensure good performances even at very low temperature.
  • Field of application : evaporator temperature down to -50°C
  • High resistance to oxidation in the presence of ammonia. Synthetic base oils and additivation system specillay selected to avoid the formation of black sludges (reaction between oil and ammonia)

  • Low pour point, eliminating the risk of any residual lubricant freezing in the evaporator, thereby providing excellent heat exchange

  • Very high flash point given the low volatility of LUNARIA SH oils: oil consumption is reduced by 30 to 50 % compared with conventional oils.

  • Good compatibility with common elastomers (chloroprene, NBR….).



Very high performance anti-wear hydraulic oils. Designed for use in all kind of hydraulic systems running under the most difficult conditions, such as in machine tools, mould injection machines, presses and other industrial or mobile equipment.

  • Suitable for use in many applications where a universal high performance anti-wear lubricant is required
  • High protection against wear insuring maximum equipment life
  • Superior thermal stability avoiding formation of sludge even at high temperature
  • Very good oxidation stability ensuring a long service life of the fluid
